MonaTone Cottage

Upper Level Is Open Living and Kitchen space. It has big windows with lots of light and beautiful views! A large deck with serene views boast Adirondack chairs, sizable picnic table, and Gas Grill, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing. The kitchen table can easily seat 6. It has an electric stove and dishwasher. Keurig coffee maker and a Toaster Oven. Two Bedrooms both with Queen Beds, bathroom with shower (no tub).

Lower Level is big open room with a large TV, chairs and a futon couch. It also has a queen bed and bunk beds (singles). It has a sliding door which leads to a porch swing and back yard/Lake access.

The Cottage has WiFi, Two Mini Splits for Air Conditioning and Heat. Each room also has baseboard heat.

Outdoor Amenities: Row Boat for fishing, Canoe with paddles, Old school pedal boat. Life jackets and different floating devices. CornHole and other outdoor games. Fishing Rods, Reels, and Tackle. Fire Pit for s’mores and wonderful ambiance!
